1. Introduction
Welcome to RideOne, owned and operated by Deux Technologies LLC. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the RideOne platform. Please review these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our services.
2. Service Description
RideOne is a premium transportation service offering luxury rides in and around Chicago. We connect passengers with professional chauffeurs for pre-arranged trips to various destinations, including airports, hotels, and other locations. Our goal is to provide a high-quality, reliable transportation experience.
Luxury Rides: Our fleet includes high-end vehicles with licensed chauffeurs to ensure a comfortable and secure ride.
Pre-arranged Trips: Users must book services in advance through our platform, ensuring proper coordination for all ride requests.
Customization: Riders may include special trip requests or requirements during the booking process.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use RideOne services. When booking a ride, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full name, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any specific ride preferences.
4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
Booking: All reservations must be made via our website. Once you enter your trip details, RideOne matches your request with one of our available chauffeurs.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. No cash transactions are allowed.
Pricing: Prices are based on distance, duration, and additional services requested during booking.
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the ride will incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for missed rides or late cancellations.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of RideOne, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal and trip information during the booking process.
Arrive at the pick-up location on time.
Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.
Refrain from any inappropriate behavior during the ride.
Abide by all local laws and regulations during the use of our services.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in RideOne terminating or restricting your access to the service.
6. Chauffeur Responsibilities
All RideOne chauffeurs are experienced, vetted professionals. They are responsible for:
Arriving on time at the designated pick-up location.
Maintaining a high standard of service throughout the ride.
Ensuring the safety of passengers. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
7. Liability and Limitations
Service Delays: While RideOne strives for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. In such cases, RideOne will attempt to notify customers of any significant delays.
Personal Property: RideOne is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle after the trip.
Injury or Damage: RideOne is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other issues that may occur during the ride unless directly caused by negligence on the part of RideOne or its chauffeurs.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
RideOne collects personal information to facilitate the booking process and enhance the customer experience. This includes your name, phone number, address, email, and trip details. We use this information solely to provide and improve our services. Additionally, we may use your contact information for future marketing campaigns, but your data will never be sold to third parties.
